How to launch a campaign?
Follow these 3 steps:
- Sign up for Selzy
- Top up your account as a legal entity or sole proprietor
- Register your sender name
Done. Now you can send messages to your clients. Payments will be deducted from your Selzy account based on the number of SMS sent.

How to register an alpha name?
An alpha name is the sender name. To register it, please fill out the form and send it via Selzy’s support chat. We will submit your request for review by the mobile operator.
The verification process may take up to 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot speed it up, as it is handled by the operator. Please review the sender name registration guidelines — we’ve outlined some important details there.

Can I add links to messages?
Yes, you can add a link. However, it’s better not to use shortened links, as they may be blocked by mobile operators.

Are there any character limits?
There are no strict limits, but the cost depends on the number of characters.
A standard message contains 160 Latin characters, including spaces. Such a message equals one segment (or part). The total cost of a message is proportional to the number of segments it contains.
In the message editor, you can always see the number of characters and segments.
